I'm using NoScript (from here), download and hit "Script". The only problem is that it disables Shaman's random generators (like for explores & baby stats); to fix this you have to hit the little gear at the top of the extension once installed. Scroll down to Script and click on both of the little paperclip-like symbols beneath the monitor icon. Then put http://www.shamanrpg.com/ into the Inclusive section.
This has worked great for me so far, but the major drawback is that you have to turn it off for things like Google Docs (I added them to the Inclusive and it still won't show me anything but the top portion) and it does also block the Captcha (to fix just unclick the green Script box and refresh, click it back on once posted to ignore the ads again. So there's some clicking on and off which can be a pain...
