Xarxes was quick to respond to his monologue, chuckling and rising to his paws. And now the game of wits would begin, its start shone upon the face of the mud blood, who even now was wearing a smile that could never once in 1 million years be described as friendly. There had been no comraderie between these two before, it would take more than a few words to build it. Naturally, most walls in this land where wary of the kalaks , and with good reason. They were mischievous, conniving, manipulative beings, and were not to be trusted. Perdere certainly would use those words to describe himself, but he would be slower to count himself as a kalak. After all, he had not been born, he had been made. The flesh he wore belonged to another, and his mind only existed because Akuji's had snapped. And so while he knew intimately the entire beliefs system of the maned wolf society, and someways he was just as much an alien to them as the mud blood before him was. Thus he did not have any of the prejudice thoughts that his counterpart did, And he chose his allies and his enemies for reasons other than species, race, and color. The brute that circle him even now intrigued the devil, and if he had skeletons in his closet, Perdere wanted to find them out.

At the other's question, the titan nodded before opening his mouth to allow a smart Alec reply to tumble forward. " perhaps I have mistaken myself by choosing you to talk to you first… If all that you are good for is to make obvious statements and repeat what I say. I have no need or desire for a mimic. " Quite at his leisure, Perdere he sat and wrapped his plume around his paws, the tip of it tapping the ground at a slow even tempo. He had no particular plan in mind, and only had instead the one goal ingrained into him. To cause havoc. He reveled in it, and enjoyed more than chaos, confusion, and suffering. He had been made and molded by Farant, and now that he was free of his chains, and Akuji by way of their contract had freed him from his prison, he aimed to cause all of the above. His fun would only be heightened by finding others like minded, which is why he had sought Xarxes out in the first place.

The opposing brute then offered forward his pleasure of making his acquaintance, and a response the devil dipped his head. But then another question was posed to him and he rose, shaking out his pelt before strolling toward the other, getting in his path and stopping him from the incessant circling. Xarxes was not a shark, and Perdere was not his prey, and he would be sure to make that perfectly well known. "Need? Need. Who ever said anything at all about needing you? I came here because I want something from you, because I thought I saw a likening of myself within you. Perhaps I was wrong though… Is there no darkness within you? Are there no… Odd desires? Dirty secrets? Socially unacceptable habits? I look and aim to upset the balance of things. To get into trouble, to set people off. If you are not interested in such things well…" Perdere shrugged, and turned away from the other brute. The kalak knew that what he had seen through his counter parts' eyes was there, but whether it would be revealed to him was another story.
