Hello everyone! After a few suggestions and talks about potentially expanding the seasons, staff has decided to put this change to a vote to all of you to see what you would prefer!

Currently we are doing a 1 month = 1 season set up, meaning it takes around 16 IRL months before reaching breeding age.

However, after much consideration, math and other calculations in trying to make sure the game is balanced and not slowed down too considerably, upon the majority vote approval we are considering extending the season by about 3 weeks.

This will mean that the seasons will change on the 1st and 15th every other month. Example being if we were to start this change in January 1st 2018 making it Spring the season would change February 15th to summer, then change to the Fall April 1st Then to Winter May 15th. It sounds confusing! But we promise everyone will get the swing of it in no time and keep in mind season changes will always be listed on the main page!

What does this mean for breeding, ages, time wise? If we were to do this we would be lowering the breeding age to 3 years. That is 18 months IRL time for a character to become sexually mature. If we were not to change breeding age, players would be waiting a full 2 (24 months) IRL years before characters go from age 0 to 4 in game. Thus why we would be lowering the breeding age, ever so slightly.
