Appearance: N�phe is a Tundra wolf. One of the largest subspecies of Gray wolf. He is completely jet black, the kind of black that reflects light so well that it often looks blue or purple. He has an amber patch on his hind left hock from an old wound, as well as a thin, distinct amber line in the middle of his forehead. His eyes look the same color from a distance but upon close inspection one is a gorgeous sea green and the other is a slightly bluer tint. If it weren't for his thick coat, his body would look like a child's patchy art project. He is covered head to toe in terrible scars and gashes. They each have a story, they each serve as a trophy. He has been left with vast alopecia along his stomach from disease and parasites, leaving him with nothing but black skin. To have survived such turmoil at such a young age is never easy.
Personality: The archetypal Byronic hero, N�phe is sarcastic, cynical, and witty but also vain, arrogant, and full of angst. He has always given the impression of holding most others in disdain but is really quite chivalrous toward faes. His charisma, good looks and charm have made him quite the ladies' man and he is somewhat promiscuous. He never forms emotional attachments for more than a short period of time, if at all. Jahoel was a domineering and bullying father to N�phelim and taught him that "to love is to destroy". Beneath N�phe's flippant exterior lies a soul in constant torment. He is filled with a deep-seated rage that he keeps in check most of the time and which he channels into fighting and slaying his enemies. While many often sleep around to calm their nerves, N�phelim relaxes by getting into fights. N�phelim's conceited exterior hides a deep inner hatred which intensifies after he learns that he is the only left of his bloodline. He has a strong moral core but also exhibits sadistic tendencies which he gets from Jahoel and at times he can be extremely vindictive though often he is being cruel to protect those he loves.
