11 year old girl with unilateral vision loss

11 year old healthy girl with unilateral vision loss of 6/36/strong RAPD/noticed it more recently with about 2 year history of gradual vision loss
brain MRI/Lumbar puncture normal
when I saw her I noted left optic atrophy with nasal ?disc drusen
any thoughts
right disc is fine bit tilted with elevated superior rim but no disc oedema
will arrange FFA and do b-scan any thoughts about what caused it
