strong in silence.
Working her way against the wind she trudged toward the heart of the pack lands. There were more trees on the inner part of their territory and they provided better shelter on days like today when the gusts that raked across the land. Her dark ears were plastered back against her skull as she traveled, attempting to keep the whistling wind out of them. She didn’t like how it deafened her with its constant raging, it took away one of her senses and would make it easier for others to move about undetected which concerned her. After Aster had declared all of Glorall enemy to the plains she had been on edge, the warrior in her ready for the fight should it come but she felt these conditions would only benefit the opponent should they choose to make a move. Had he discovered Arturo’s presence yet, and if so had he discovered why exactly she was keeping a pet in their midst without telling him? He had his secrets and so the slender woman felt entitled to a few of her own, secrets being easy enough to keep when you are a mute. In truth she may rival the great clandestine alpha seeing as every thought of hers was veritably a secret from the rest of the world. She had no doubt that this secret would come to light soon enough and a part of her was eager for the outcome. She knew she was not the first woman to come into Eden’s life, that being seen rather plainly by the rather large number of wolves who now shared his blood, but it had never bothered her. Her feelings toward her imprint were not romantical at all, but would her consort feel the same? So many questions needing answers and the warrior was intrigued by them all.
