I was not aware they were losing even more cars this offseason, that is definitely NOT good news.

That being said, you have to wonder if the clay will stay down now if the upcoming SDW turns out to be another big success financially. I've never seen the track as full as last year (granted I never attended Classics of the 70's and 80's). But I would have a hard time believing the owners would go to all the trouble of converting the track back and forth to run an asphalt program that consisted of a dozen Supers and 18-20 Limiteds. Rather, I think if they ran 3 big dirt shows a year the way the Fairgrounds used to, that would make much more sense financially?

Just talking out loud.
