Where once the southern border of Blossom Forest was made by Leisure Lake, the magical rearrangement of the lands has laid there instead a vast, uncrossable ocean. The shore differs as you travel along it. Tall mountainous cliffs arise on the western part and at one point, the large river that runs through Blossom Forest opens up at its tributary into a well sheltered cove. As you come more eastward, the towering peaks shorten into rocky foothills. A large section of the shore is inaccessible to most, as Uyaraut has claimed it as their own. But if you skirt around their territory, the hills disappear, swallowed up into the land until it is as flat as the eye can see. The vibrant greens dull into short and dry browns and tans, and the land dries and cracks apart until it melds into The Waste - the desert that forms Blossom Forestís easternmost border.

For those looking to hunt here, there are of course the fish within the ocean, along with crabs, seals and urchins. For on the shore, there are seagulls, herons, and ospreys.

The stranger smiled at him, which only caused Drizzt more confusion. However, he was a polite brute and was quick to return the smile even as she answered his question.

'Your father asked me to find you. He wishes to know if you have any interest in coming home. My name, by the way, is Rift.'

Drizzt nodded - it made sense now how she had known his name. But what didn't make sense was why she was here. His father had abandoned him in Spring Grounds when Aindreas left to become the alpha of Aurora Borealis. And what was this talk about 'home'? The cream colored brute shook his head, his smile fading until the corners of his lips turned down instead into a frown. "Home? I do not understand what it is he means by that. I have no home right now - Moondown Shadows was my home, then I became a member of Malignant Felicity. Then I left there to be a longer, until I was found and brought to Spring Grounds. I left there when he abandoned me there, and I became a loner again. I became a member of Malignant for a few days, but then it turned into Caidir Olc and Motionless had us flee and another rules there now. I just... I don't have a home. And my home is certainly not with my father - he abandoned me and made his sentiments perfectly clear." Drizzt's tone had altered - it had lowered in tone and risen in timber. Despite it though, he had not changed his body language into anything aggressive - he was not mad at this fae, it was not her fault what his father had done.

Drizzt took a deep breath and closed his shades over his pools to focus himself. He did not want her to feel that he was attacking her, and as said he wanted to calm himself. None of this was her fault - there was no reason to attack the messenger. "You already know my name, but to say it anyway, I am Drizzt. It is good to meet you, Rift. How long have you been in the employ of my father?"
