Romance is in the air...this is probably the most beautiful and scenic place in Blossom Forest. For the athletic and determined to come with their mates, for time away from pups. Only adults may come here; some of the ledges are too far apart for teens or pups to cross and some too high to scale.

Life had been nice lately, traveling with both of his sisters. He couldn't think of anything to complain about, no real horror stories to tell, and he thinks he's becoming quite adept at exploring on his own like this. He may not have a pack to welcome him back home, or a home at all, though that didn't really hinder his excitement. He may not know where he would rest his head ever night, but that was all part of the adventure. He loves adventure like this, not knowing what he might find day to day, or even what sort of other wolves he may meet.

Maybe it was that he naturally had a wandering spirit, something that lends him a sense of contentment in the forest he finds himself in today. Maybe it was the countless layers of branches and leaves that cross way up above his head, or maybe it's the way sunlight finds a way to dapple the ground through that maze of branches here and there. Whatever called him to explore like this, he's happy to be out here exploring, learning all the secrets that he could find. He knew his sisters had not followed him today, could not sense their presence or hear their paws behind him. They had quite a tight-knit bond, and they usually met up every night or so, and he knew that if they needed he would always run to protect them. Maybe it's a little strange, to have such a bond and still be partial to having time on your own. A few leaves fall to the ground around him, drawing his straw golden eyes up towards the branches.

There really wasn't anything up there when he looked, and the leaves crunched under his paws when he stepped on them. He really didn't know what he had been expecting, as it seems that a breeze of wind had just shaken a few leaves loose. The leaves were at least a little dried up seeming, being all brittle and crunchy, the kind Mew would play with as a puppy, and he can vaguely remember bringing her crunchy leaf after crunchy leaf when he was younger, when they still lived with their parents. Maybe being that close is what had prompted them to all leave home together, to go and see what was waiting for them out there.
