Saw a dark colored mountain lion cross Rt. 15 between east and west outlet 9-27-17 at 430pm while driving with two others witnesses in the car to Rockwood. Clearly visible crossing road at a slow walk from west side to east side from about 400' in front of us. Long hooked tail, 75-100 pounds, dark color, from tail to nose it was half the distance between the double yellow line and the edge of the road. Matches posted pictures of Pumas exactly however a dark color. No time to take a picture and no evidence found be the roadside. Tall grass and heavily wooded at the side of the road.
