He exhales destruction. Death is worn like a shadowed cloak upon his back and trails after him in a wake of doom. Years of discipline and distorted culture crafted what beast walks this earth tonight. She is but misery to his deadly company and he stalks her in silence until she attempts to escape.

His monolithic vessel follows her through the swelling darkness as gloomy blue-grays of the evening fade to deep shades of night among the towering trees. The milky white of his coat is veiled in shadows as he prowls after the equally pale girl; her fear almost palpable upon his yearning tongue. His broad paws fracture a brittle branch that laid in his path and she is made aware of his pestilent existence. Dual colored eyes of silver and gold pierce through the crepuscule toward her as he surpasses her position and cuts her off just ahead. His cream toned figure is swathed in darkness as he breaks from the evergreen foliage to stand imposingly before her. His ink covered face hides the grim expression that contorts it amidst the shadows until he steps forward into the shaft of moonlight that breaks through the trees.

There is a sordidness about her that calls to him like a beacon home. Her pallid figure is clothed in an air of nefarious intoxication that he drinks in upon just looking at her. She is born of darkness and sorrow, this much he can perceive, but she has yet to stare Death itself in the face and live to tell the tale.
