Once I had kids training went downhill fast.
I was very dedicated and trained 5-6 days a week for 5 years straight. The moment I had my first kid it dropped to maybe 2-3 times a week. 2nd kid came and it is now 1-2 times a week and only because I have a home gym. If I had to go to a gym I wouldn't be able to go.
Training with a crew is completely out the window because my training time is never consistent. I am sure there are other people on this board that weren't affected as much from having kids, but my priorities are just different from theirs. Replies:
