I had that weak point, just below the knee. Tried about everything but couldnt seem to fix it till I turned my toes more out.
Seemed no matter how strong I could get doing assistance work, it would always get stuck there near my max.
It was just my muscles I needed couldnt work in that position and turning my toes out let me use my quads and glutes in that sticky spot when they wouldnt work before. Replies:
