Hey guys as a lot of you know Ayita has been working her tail off having her girl, Mara Sov, talk to all the alphas and invite them and their wolves to Taviora for this ball! It's the first time I think an event has really been done like this, but after talking through with Ayita I think we got a general idea of how we can do it so everyone can have fun and participate!

First we figured we wouldn't be doing a large thread and just letting it be the 'ball thread'. Large threads tend to just peter out after one post from each character attending. I was planning on posting Zelda and setting up the 'scene' per say and everyone can reply to that if they would like (can be like a mini imprint thread I suppose!), but what we were thinking was everyone had their own threads for each event, couple, group gathering that hangs around each other (like a real party you mingle or you just hang out with people you know or want to know! xD). Some of the pre-planned groups include like a puppy group that will be playing around or like an alpha group where all the alphas talk if other players are up for it. I think there was also going to be other little groups but Ayita knows more about that I think <3 Basically, we were thinking you post as much or as little as you want with the characters you would like yours to meet with the ball as the 'prompt' basically =)

Tieing into that, this is why we wanted to prepare a guest list! This is so it can be looked at by all players to see who is there, see if they want some random threads with others from other packs they might not normally meet and such! This is also for if they aren't posted at the event they can say they had come if you'd like. I know all too well the feeling of I have ALL THESE CHARACTERS I want to go but there's no way I have time to post them all! I thought this is a good way to do that. You can have as many or as few characters you want to go. You just reply (or PM me whichever!) saying what characters of yours are attending and I will edit this post accordingly!

All I ask is if you don't post them you don't create any large 'event' circled around them, they just attended, had a nice time, or however they would have felt, and left. More to prevent confusion cause obviously if a fuss was created others would know x'D But it's more so that everyone has the chance to allow their character to have the experience of going even if they don't have time to do all the posts =)

Know also that if a thread turns violent for any reason it will be crashed by Tavioran and other warriors who volunteered. Zelda will not tolerate violence in her pack at all!

Loners are allowed to come if they have close ties to a pack (family or alliance) or you think would have been told about this event by those members and invited them. This should mean about everyone is able! Otherwise, I am not entirely sure how they would find out about it without it being a little too late! If you have a question on if your character can go and it's a loner PM me and we can chat and figure it out xD Any pack wolf is welcome and would have heard of the event!
