Misty Mountain is opposite of Rainbow Cliff. Mists hover year-round at this high altitude, mistaken by some to be thin clouds. Thin layers of snow cover the mountain, making some areas slippery and hazardous.
Some think it romantic, a place to bring their mates, while others come to play and romp. However, all must agree that there is some level of mystery and spookiness hovering about with the mists...

Striking pools surveyed the area closely, at the edge of what was called Culter Unlaeddod. Pads placed carefully and silently on the earth beneath them as the ess moved slowly along, blue and black eyes searching for something but not quiet sure what yet. Not quite finding what she wanted to find. Not quite getting everything she wanted. The colors of the land were definitely changing, she could tell and as she arrived, her pelt started to shed itself; white, grey, black and brown filled the air when even the slightest breeze blew or when the ess shook her bodice as the excess fur made it quite uncomfortable. Every now and then though some fur would work it's way up into her nares and cause her to start a sneezing fit; having to stop until it stopped. By now, she was frustrated about it growling at herself when it happened and her hackles rose when it happened, making more fur surface and circle. Causing even more anger. And as her bodice moved, she stopped within one part of the trees, hidden well enough she thought no one could see her, but in her anger with her fur she didn't realize she was upwind and anyone who was in front of her could smell her, but anyone behind her she could smell. As the wind would carry her scent to whoever and someone else's scent would be carried to her. The only thing that approached her nares was the stench of dead carcass, as if something had been killed weeks ago and left to rot. Which was spot on really. So in all honesty she wouldn't be able to smell anything at all but that considering how horrid it was. It made her lips curl up, in revolting disgust. Brindled rump of different colors hit the ground, watching from the trees as she got herself lost in thought. Black and white tail curling close to her bodice. It wasn't long until she was completely in a daze in her own thoughts "Sa, why do you always run from him? He's trying to help" her sisters lyrics hit her audits and the next thing she knew she was turning and snapping at her, jaws snapping shut awfully close to her face. "You think he's trying to help?" she spat at her, hackles raised and ready to tear her own flesh and blood apart "Is helping trying to bring me and our home down by nearly burning this forest down!? Is helping trying to force me into having pups with him? Is helping then trying to get to you? No? I didn't think so. Now go play with your little boy toy Hartley." she knew her words would cut deep and that's what she wanted. Sako didn't want any baggage while she was trying to leave. So, her sister stood there speechless as tears welled up in her pools. Scoffing, Sako had turned and waltzed off; head down and that had been the end of that. She left their home, her home land because Hartley, her blood sister, had taken in the brute, their "step father" as her mate after he'd tried to force himself on her to rape her and her have his pups. She was thankful then she had trained in fighting because without it; he probably would have. Now as she sat among the trees, her pools remained untouched by tears, untouched by any emotion as she came out of her memories and to the present day, enjoying the cool weather and closing her lids, relaxing and listening around her.
