The air is heavy as you make your way through unknown territory, as you pause to sniff the air a drop of rain falls onto your nose. It is soon followed by another and another and soon the rain is pelting down in sheets, soaking you to the bone. The clouds are an angry purple and the menacing drumming of thunder rolls over the sky. Squinting your eyes against the blinding water you find yourself at the edge of a large, dark pine forest. You are too desperate for shelter to notice the scents that mark the border and plunge in, and nearly into the chilly stream that runs through the territory. You veer away and as you are shaking the water out of your fur you notice a large pair of icy blue shards gazing at you. The storm has passed now and beams of sunlight filter through the thick canopy of pines, illuminating a massive male wolf not three feet away from where you stand.

His pelt looks like a bad patchwork job of black and white and beneath them you see large, hard bands of steely muscle and you know this is a warrior for his torso is marred with many battle scars. His banner curls over his back and his lips are drawn, exposing sharp ivory daggers. When he speaks his voice is deep and dominant, like the thunder you so recently heard.

"Wolf, you have found yourself in the terra of the Andere Seite Pack. I am Eclipse, king of this land."

It is only then that you notice another pair of lanterns gleaming in the penumbra and a dark-pelted fae slinks out into the clearing to stand next to the king, her own banner waves and her green and blue eyes bore into you. She is the same size as most males and a crisscrossing pattern of scars show that she too can take care of herself. Her voice is cold and has a snake-like sound to it yet you can see they are both fair rulers.

"And I am Nephthys, queen of Andere. We don’t care much for strangers so you must make your choice, Submit to us now or flee our lands and never return. If you fail to do either you will have little time left to regret it."

The formidable pair pierces you with their gaze and you feel as if all your secrets spill out before them. You are left with a decision now. Will you submit and take refuge in this dark forest or will you flee and never know what secrets these trees hide? Make haste, you can see that the pair grow tired of waiting.

Mai
promise i'm gonna call you back in five

Pads touched the earth carefully and quietly as the ess' bodice moved through the land. She had been traveling for days so the want to get back home; or at least to get back to her new home pack was urgent. It had taken her longer than the normal time to get to this pack. To Crith-Thalmhainn as she was new to Blossom and definitely didn't know her way around quite yet. She was learning of course but she had a while to go before she knew Blossom like the back of her paw. A long while to say the least. It was tiring, having to learn where everything was; but of course the moment Aindreas put out tasks for the members of Dierne Hrof to do, she jumped at her chance to do something useful for once. Taking the task to go to Crith-Thalmhainn and also taking up wanting to be head of the Nursery. Mai was gentle and caring, protective and loving. Perfect for new mothers and puppies; she'd help them and even protect them even if her life depended on it. A smile snuck across her facade as she thought about pups, maybe it was just the seasons changing and her bodice getting ready for pups or maybe it was that she'd found a male who she really fancied; not so much loved as they didn't really know anything about each other but she really saw him as a potential mate. Alas, only time would tell with that choice. Whether he was going to choose her or whether she chose him or if they went separate ways. Mai didn't know he couldn't be with anyone else as he was a tempest and she his soulmate. It never crossed her mind as she didn't know how that all worked.

Now, as she finally approached Crith-Thalmhainn, a sigh escaped her kissers. Finally the thought raced through her mind but only for a second before more were flooding in. How do I know this is Crith-Thalmhainn? I got lost several times on my way here. . . a brief shake of her cranium, along with her pelt, sent the thoughts away from her mind and regaining her focus on the task at hand. . . er paw? Her task right this moment was to review the changes in this pack just as much as Dierne Hrof had changes. Even though Mai wasn't here before the changes, she thought Blossom now was beautiful but she really thought she would have liked the Blossom before this land changed as well. That she would have loved to explore it just as much as she was enjoying exploring it now.

As she stayed in her position with her rump on the earth floor and sitting just before the border; she looked around for a second. Slowly tilting her muzzle to the sky, taking a deep breath in and slowly letting it out into a howl. Calling for anyone of Crith-Thalmhainn to meet her at the border. When her call died down, she lowered her cranium and curled her fluffy plume towards her. Anticipation and excitement filled her bodice, feeling as if soon she wouldn't be able to sit still or keep her composure.
