Malignant Felicity is a paradisaical abode to the faithful remains of a mighty pack. Once ruled by the magnificent wolf Genocide, now the wolves of this pack follow the laws of the Alpha Lance, son of Sorna, Beta and Genocide's best friend...

The sounds of crashing water fill your auds as you enter this tropical paradise. The tall trunks tower above you. The treetop canopy's seem to shade the beautiful land from the sun's rays. What a paradise this place seems. This place dubbed Malignant Felicity. As you draw closer to the boarders a stench slowly devours the air around you. The stench of death.

"Beware..." scream the birds from above you. "She kills for games. She kills for fun." Something deep inside tells you to listen. Your body tells you not to go no further. Do you listen or do you dare move into the pack borders. This could be a life or death decision...

Follow the Queen, or become a corpse that lines her border. The choice lies with you.

a vexatious kiss

Darkness treads over the land like a hunter stalking its prey. Silently slipping over the land, without warning its shadows brought out the demons of the night and the beastly monsters that fed on the poor souls who dared to find themselves out in it. The white, glimmering moon basked the land in a pale glow, but beneath the drooping braches of withering leaves its light hardly speckled the ground. And ever so often wisps of clouds would dull the glow, and darkness would rule unhindered. Although is Caidir Olc it always ruled. The boggy lands were the reincarnate depths of hell on earth, and the wolves that lived within it were the demons who had escaped and taken over the bodies of wolves who lived there. They were vampires, most of them. The few who weren’t still had minds just as dark and twisted or desires just a lustful and bloody as the vampires.

The slowly gathering wolves below her was only proving her point. Her mother Lucaya sat boldly atop the throne, her bodice held proudly above them all. The young babes she had changed all sat around her, the small troupe she had gathered and changed except Holly. She had undergone the pain of it all but she had remained unchanged by the poison of the bite. The young smoky, black babe had changed like the rest of her siblings. Her eyes were now a glowing hue of crimson. Her vision was immaculate during the nighttime. The shadows ceased to trick her eyes, but on the flipside she could no longer venture out during the day like most wolves. She hid herself away in the den with her siblings, while the rest of the world awoke and rose with the fiery ball in the sky. She now slid out into the depths of the night as the pale goddess rose to her place in the sky. This nighttime activity was slowly becoming her norm and her circadian rhythms settled in to match the needs of her vampric side. The others seemed to be settling into this pattern more readily than she, but maybe it was because her sister Holly had not changed and therefore could still wander out during the day. And Diosa didn’t like to separated from her, she felt responsible for protecting her sister from others like herself. She worried that her sister would one day run into a vampire that didn’t know she was the daughter of Lucaya and bite her again… and Diosa didn’t know if she would survive again.

Dark pinnae swiveled around to the sound of Lucaya’s voice, and the wisp of wind as she jumped down from the throne to grab a frail pup that had wandered in the clearing. Diosa looked on curiously, knowing that the other pup was still normal. Their mother jumped back up to the throne and placed the pup carefully among the others. Diosa rose up and crept over to the young lad, she touched her nose to his shoulder, Welcome home, I’m Diosa! She whispered quietly to him, so as not to disturb Lucaya as she addressed a new stranger. Diosa took her original spot next to Holly before their mother addressed the pack. Greetings everyone, I'm thankful you have all shown up. My name is Lucaya, and I am your new Queen. These are my children, Lucifer, Kel, Odin, Diosa, Uriel and Holly. It seems we also may have a new member joining us as well. Draven will be your Beta. He will be your commander for your combat training. Now - I'm sure you're wondering what exactly we are. We're vampires, the undead. Now, knowing this, if any of you were to wish to be turned there is a risk you could perish or simply have no effect at all - Like my daughter Holly. Perdere. You and your body may keep your rank for now. However if anything is done that disappoints me, I will strip you of it. Do not disappoint me. Diosa sat with her shoulders pushed back, her crimson orbs scanning over the wolves trying to put each one in her memory for later on, or if she should ever run into any of them. Draven was obviously already in her mind. Although she didn’t like that he was too petty to give Holly any attention just because she was not a vampire.

The gathering of wolves was mostly made up from the children that all gathered around Lucaya herself, but soon enough each of them would be pursuing a career of sorts and begin to participate in the pack as separate entities from their mother and other siblings. Lucifer though would probably remain very close to their mother because he was to the inheritor of the pack after her. He would have to be trained to rule, while the others were left to their own devices. Diosa tried to think of what she would want to train to be, but there seemed to be so much else in the world she wanted to do that it was too hard to focus. Instead she pulled her attention back to the pack meeting waiting patiently to see how it would go.
