✦Please have mercy on me. Take it easy on my heart.✦
Siku watched as the fae flailed her body against the one she came to his territory with. His body trembled with the need to ask if the dark caramel wolf made it safe, how her head was, if anyone had touched her. Unless his thoughts were cut short when another voice shrieked in his ear. Is body shook off the noise and attempted to get the ringing to stop in his ears before he responded. The tall white wolf did what you wanted to do since his eyes laid on her form again. He leaned his massive muzzle over and licked the place above her eye when the cut had been. Thankfully it healed over well and he hoped the act reassured her that he was not mad at her, more worried since they parted when she was injured. Finally, the black and white beast calmed enough to look at the one who's voice was a terror to his eardrums. “She came as a guest? Did you really come all this way to stay with me little Olya?” His eyes danced with amusement, until he heard the rest of what the shrieker said. His was annoyed at her display of being high and mighty. In his territory you worked for your rank, it wasn't just pawed to you for no reason and definitely not because you were spoiled. “Clearly you do not know that I am the King here.” His words came out in a snarl as his head whipped towards hers and snapped his massive jaws at her face. He was beyond being annoyed now. “Your title means nothing if you do not have the respect, dignity, OR honor that comes with it little princess.” The last part came out like he was spitting the words on the dirt. “Here in my territory, titles are not just given out to whomever asks for them, they are earned through trust and respect, these titles can also be taken away, your so called title or royalty means nothing in these lands. You want respect? Where was her respect when she was clearly being tormented, she-wolf? This so called respected friend has a tortured soul, anyone can see that. I would never hold you in the same respect I have for her, and if I ever find out what causes her to tremble and quake with fear, may my gods of old have mercy on whomever allowed her to be harmed and to whomever harmed her.” His snarls grew as he spoke. Siku wasn't an innocent beast, but he wouldn't allow another to be harmed if he could stop it and it was angering him that one with such a title would allow this to happen, who could have stopped whatever happened to the beauty that captured this beast’s soul. ”Now if you want to know why I used such a harsh tone was because this fae,” he looked at Olya and took a breath calming his voice. ”decided to run off after, as she said, I cleaned her wounds. So naturally, I was worried she’d been hurt or worse off than what I had expected. So much to the point the only reason I am greeting you here is because I was about to leave to go find the beautiful fae. Now you want to know what I can do for you?”
The last sentence came out as a snarl as he tried to calm himself yet again. ”It would be more like what you can do for me, since you have come to my lands seeking refuge. Why would I have to do anything for you? Since you have now angered me, I’d like to know Princess, why I should allow you the safety of y lands? Clearly you would have not picked such a small pack if you were not trying to hide. Most would not come looking for one like yourself in a place like this because they would think we were not strong enough to protect you.” Now his eyes moved and landed on the Ivory and netted she-wolf. ”And you do not get to talk to her that way. Clearly she didn’t know where she was being lead until I arrived. If you would have told her, I’m sure my face would have informed you that she knew me.” His voice snapped out and his eyes landed back on the black and white maned wolf. ”You shouldn’t be bias on who can speak to your so called most trusted friend in snarky tones.” He snapped at her and pushed his body between Lilith’s and Olya’s, gently laying at her paws and looking up those beautiful blue eyes of hers. Seemingly, the other two faes faded as he looked at her. ”I hope you are alright and your head healed well. I apologize for snapping and scaring you on the mountain and for my words now towards you, for how harshly they came out. Please forgive me.” He whined at her and ever so gently he pressed his nose against her body looking for any injury. He knew she’d potentially scamper away from him again, but it didn’t matter. The brute needed to know she was okay.
✦Though you don’t mean to hurt me, you keep tearing me apart.✦
