It was a threatening and malicious grin that consumed the mask of the massive demon; certainly not to Perdere, but very much to any one of their next potential victims. Xarxes’ heart thundered violently in his large ribcage, the adrenaline surging throughout his veins as his chocolate spheres observed the kalak… or, simply, the shell of the creature, as it stood before him. It was difficult for the beast to wrap his head around in the beginning. A darker half? Were there such a thing as a darker half? He had been skeptical of this so called Perdere. Xarxes sensed from the start that Akuji did not care for his presence; assuming that the kalak brute had even been suspicious of the monochrome demon whenever he joined what was now Caidir Olc. But the leggy devil that spoke to him now had identified Xarxes because they were one in the same. Both deadly and despicable beings. And though they may take pleasure in differing activities, the crave for blood and violence that they both endured were very much alike. Perdere acknowledged and respected the darkness that inhabited that large beast. It was familiar to him. And so, this husk of a kalak had been able to convince Xarxes.

The excitement that fueled Xarxes large framing propelled him away from the earth, his thick stilts pushing his black and white silhouette to its full height in one swift motion. Chocolate hues captured the other’s, though now they were melting and full of warmth, charged with the fiery anticipation that now consumed the beast. The slender male was proposing their arrangement; but it was in vain. He had already peeked Xarxes’ interest and won him over. What he spoke of now was just icing on top of the cake; words and phrasing that gained the kalak a sense of trust and respect within the mind of the demon.

"Don’t you see, Perdere? These others are already fearful of us,” Xarxes' rich vocals purred from deep within his chest cavity as he proceeded towards his tall opposite. “That is why our kind is banished, forbidden to inhabit their lands! Even the strongest of alphas have dared not to mutter my name, for fear that it would attract me. Although I am lured by one thing only; and that is women. Tell me, Perdere. Have you seen the faces of these pretty dolls as they writhe in pain, in pure agony? What I can, would do, and already done have, to their daughters is unspeakable.” The thoughts began to colonize inside of the demon’s cranium, the burn of longing consuming his frame. “These wolves are the opposite of us. They are pathetic and weak creatures! They could never stand before us, so they are left with the easiest of options. And that is to remove the threat; us.” The monochrome devil circled past the slender male, spheres ablaze, his colossal body inching away from their meeting place and fixating on the outside of the pack lands. Xarxes’ thick cranium twisted across his broad shoulder to look back into features of the brute. “Perdere, we are already great as separate creatures. However, the two of us together? I could not imagine. We would be unstoppable, everyone’s worst nightmares. You are right, once again, my friend. It has been far too long that I have concealed my hunger from this world. And I am sure that you are alike in this sense… so what is there to wait for? Come, Perdere, let us raise some hell!” And with the end of his sentence came the end to the agreement between the two devils. They were now partners. All there was left, was for the couple to start some trouble.

And when you've got nothing to turn black and blue,
You've still got Hell to look forward to,
