While the importance of his newly resurrected siblings is important, he can also see that Aine is hardly attentive to himself the way Janus had shown signs of being. His poor, now sickly seeming sister was otherwise distracted by another one of the attending wolves and it makes it far easier for him to be pulled away when Luxa rose and approached, clearing her throat for his attention.

The fact that the world then snapped into place only seemed to emphasize that his sister, his brother, his lost siblings could wait.

“Excuse me?” She says, his body finding that moment to turn itself to face her in the same way his head had spun to do so. His eyes widen, his chocolate coloration hiding well a blush to match her own soft inquiring voice. “I... I'm Luxa, if you didn't catch it.” Cato, usually more brain that socially inclined swallowed thickly around the sudden frog in his throat and nodded. “I am Cato...” he barely manages, Mouse totally lost to him in thought and his mind locked on the sudden gravity pulling him towards this young girl.

“Do you feel this… this… I feel as if I know you, but my nose says you are from Diveen and I have never left Taviora until this moment.” He seems baffled, as if the broken logic is not something he has ever had the obligation to work around-- and then she could probably see the epiphany in his eyes as it comes to him.
