She listens attentively as he speaks, and her focus is completely on him as he does. The others are completely ignored for the most part other than the instinct to make sure no sudden movements or threats are around. Things seemed fine though, so she kept her sunset eyes on him as he spoke about her brother and his traits. He seemed annoyed by a few aspects of his brother, and the one that stuck to Warpaint’s mind was that he didn’t want to wrestle. Wrestling was something Warpaint was always down for. The way he describes his sister is how Warpaint felt with her own, and her tail wagged after he finished with that part of his words.

”Your brother is just...different. The world is full of different things. If everything were the same, the world would be...boring. Just remember that,” she says with a nod. ”If you need someone to wrestle with though, you got it,” she said, taking a step or two close to bump shoulders with him...perhaps a bit roughly.

His trainer is an Angel, and that makes Warpaint grin. Her mother’s family was Angel and she always wanted to meet more of them. There are some in Taviora, but they are apparently all over the place at this point. He then explains why he wants to be a spy or a thief, regarding his size, and that is where her brows wrinkle in thought.

”You are not full grown. How do you know you will remain small enough?” she asks, genuinely curious at this assumption he will not get larger. Warpaint was already a large pup, and her paws were huge for her puppy size. ”I expect to get real big, like my mother, but tell me, why would you want to kidnap other wolves?” she asks, her eyes burning bright in response. She wondered why anyone would take another wolf, and then imagined someone taking her sister and how...angry she would get. The male then explains that Warpaint would be a good warrior to protect her sister. Her mind ticked, and her hackles began to raise.

”You mean there are others wanting to kidnap and harm MY sister?” she says with a raised voice and little fangs starting to appear under her lips. The reaction was not exactly towards Fen, but the general thought that began to make her blood boil. Her hackles begin to lower some with him saying she will figure out her color one day, and that he would bring her deer meat to eat one day.

”Yes, you can show me both of these places. Then I can show you the forest of Taviora, although my mother spent most of her life in the freelands, following the True Angel,” she said taking a deep breath, still upset over the thought someone might want to harm her sister for some...strange reason one day.
