She was fine with his reason whatever it was to come up to her den. She didn’t mind in the slightest that he wasn’t really hurt, in fact she preferred it that way. Regardless though she made her way up to the den, not really thinking of the treacherous terrain or the walk up the mountain and how hard it must be for wolves who have not grown up here or have done it for a long time. So she bounded away without a worry in the world expecting him to effortlessly follow in her steps, though she didn’t think she lived in a particularly difficult area to traverse. She giggled when he said she could be crafty with what she had gathered already,
He seemed to be struggling though, scrambling up the rocks. She turned again when she heard him call out to her, only to see him stretched between two rocks before kicking off and crossing though it didn’t seem like it was an easy feat for him. She didn’t think he would struggle so much, even the young of the pack could cross and come up this way. But they all made up for their size differences in their own ways around here, and Alistair bless his heart was likely following step for step. She smiled at him and nodded, before continuing, taking a much more roundabout way to her den with that that was easier on him.
He might have noticed, but it was clear that he had a much easier time from them on. He seemed almost dubious of her when they finally arrived. Questioning her as she made her way around the den area before looking out over Taviora with him.
She mentioned his home then, and then mentioning how treacherous the climb was.
