If you want to have fun with trifectas, here is an old system I worked up in 1982 and played for several years. It was based on stats from many frontons back then and the list had nearly identical % wins for the 37 trifectas (actual payoffs from Tampa were factored into the equation too). There weren't any ringers on this list as back then they witheld federal taxes if the $2 payoff was over $1200. This list used to be $74 a game, but now with 50c tickets you can get it for $18.50 a game. Based on the last 6194 games of Dania stats, it has hit 20% of the games, however, over those games it is a 10% loser (get $90 back for every $100 spent, not terrible considering the 25% take-out rate on tris). Sometimes I see it turns a nice profit some performances, while others you can blank completely.
Here it is:
You could pair-up many of these into wheel tickets so it doesn't take so long to call-out to a mutuel clerk, or fill-out on bet-slips (if they still have those).
