That is brilliant and this could be EPIC.
Talya will probably be very good for Emmett, she'll make sure he doesn't take things too seriously. XD
What we should totally do is after Psych has his blowup and attacks Aurora, Aurora should be the one who finds Talya and kind of nurses her back to health a bit, all the while trying to deal with her own trauma without Talya finding out about it. Then, if Talya would want her father to know that she's not dead, Aurora would volunteer to find Psych and tell him (cuz she'll probably be a little obsessed with him too, regardless of what he does to her), and then not only will she be able to tell him "hey guess what, Talya's not dead", but also, "look, I'm having your baby". Would give him a nice shock. ;D
By the way, if Emmett sees Talya get hurt, especially if he knows she's carrying his foal, he is going to freak out and probably run away thinking it's his fault. Maybe he could also think she's dead and then once she recovers (sounds like she's gonna hurt something important), she could go and find him and show him their little fuzzy babeh. <333
ALSO, I forgot to mention this: Emmett is terrified of forests because that's where he and his girl were attacked and she was killed, and he's promised her many times that they would steer clear of this one. So if Psych goes after him for knocking up Talya, he'll probably have flashbacks, and that would be what would cause him to run.
