Another ramp I was going to suggest is located in Newbegun Creek (Sawmill Park - located off Sawmill Road, on NC 344, near Weeksville). Trouble is, Elizabeth City B/M is having a ramp tournament (launch anywhere - but return to one spot to weigh in later). Some of their members will be using the Newbegun Creek Ramp.
