Ruieze Fields

Open fields and soft grass...
Ruieze stretches far in the midlands of Moladion, laced with streams that feed into Diveen and out of Asteraia at times. The fields are vast, filled with wildflowers and tall, soft grass; trees are sparse, as are rocks, but one can find small shrubs to hide amongst, and the grass itself. To the south of the fields, a Ruieze River widens, and the ground becomes sandy. There is a small, grassy island that can be reached from the banks, with water-birds often congregating on the island rather than the riverbanks.

Ana did her best to try and keep one mind present, but sadly, this was something new to her healer's mind. Mental disorders were a thing, but she had no way of knowing what to treat them all with, if there were such things. It pained her to want to help but to be unsure of how to help. Still, she smiled and listened, as it gave her more insight. She nodded when appropriate if someone other than Orb took charge of the voice, as it was with Kyra and unicorns and rainbows, a smile and a light laugh in agreement to Bandit's stinky dreams.

But then it came back to her conversation with Orb about their respective homes. "Don't be sorry," she reassured, though again she did not press about his home, his wish that he could remember more. There was not much she could do for that. Memories are locked away or forgotten for a reason sometimes. Even the black and white female had things she would much rather forget.

Orb's warm smile certainly made her feel more like she was helping now, albeit not in her usual way. Herbs and salves did not heal certain things, Ana recalled, sometimes it really was a genuine conversation... That was soured only for a moment, but there was enough interference to help her move through it to the question asked. "Ah, for me, it kept be from constantly being the pack punching bag as I grew up. The other pups... they liked to torment me for obvious reasons," she said, pausing for a moment, shaking away the memory, "Their torment led to my learning to fix myself up, and eventually that talent was recognized by others, and I was no longer the bottom of the totem pole."

"Outside a pack, it is a bit harder, but my skill helps keep me alive by helping keep others alive. Still have things to learn, but such is the price to pay as different maladies come to light," the wolf said, shifting her weight slightly. "If you wanted, I could teach you a few useful things good for everyone to know if you ever catch yourself in a bind." It was an offer worth a shot. Maybe giving Orb some semblance of direction might help too?
