Yesterday, after dragging myself home from my 2nd day of work since being hospitalized, I heard a knock on my door and found a 50 lb box on my porch.
Catching the truck driver before he could make his escape, I got him to put the box in the house. There were 2 boxes inside the main box. I couldn't lift them either.
While I waited for Nathan to come home and deal with the box, I got a phone call from a scooter company whose raffle I had entered during Ren fest. Apparently I have won $1000.00 in food coupons. 😖
The mysterious box contains 21 dinners plus condiments. Apparently they will be arriving every week. I am so upset by all this food business. Who? How? Why?
I feel like I'm in the Twighlight Zone.
