Hi Simcoe Birders,

Under ideal conditions (flat light, calm winds, mild temps and few people), I did a birding tour of the Barrie waterfront this morning. Many waterfowl and gulls seen and here are the highlights:

Pacific Loon - 1
Red-throated Loon - 1
Long-tailed Duck - 7
Red-breasted Merganser - 12
Little Gull - 1
Glaucous Gull - 1
Pied-billed Grebe - 1
Belted Kingfisher - 1
