Bukkake Cycle

Sumo tap and go reps with straps up to 900x5. Add in a huge dose of high squats. Benches around 400lbs for sloppy touch and go reps. Go to the meet, only hit low openers or Bomb out completely or more frequently choose a meet in your own Gym so you can do a half squat, bench low 400s and make plenty excuses about should pain even thought there at 165s who bench it regularly, then pull in the low 700s barely hold the bar, make excuses about grip of the bar or feeling "beat up" then not move 800lbs but say you felt strong enough to pull in the 900s but the bar or platform was inferior.
