Leave it to me to be the problem player!

I agree with getting rid of most steals, especially to encourage more raids, etc. on the site. But I don't agree with a blanket removal. I think steals serve a purpose for characters that post anonymously to try to win their freedom. I would change my vote to "yay" if they could still exist in this fashion only.
