I see that the P3 to be operated by HARS has been parked at their airfield and shortly will be handed over to them by the CAS.
Approval has been given for them to operate the aircraft and I believe that it is to be handed over as a gift. which means that ownership will also pass to HARS.
I presume that as we phase the P3 out that a transfer of parts and support will be handed over. I wonder if the RAAF will hand over in due course the simulator which would cheaper to keep pilots and flight engineers current.
Shame we did not give them a H model instead of giving to the indos who will undoubtably either crash them or drive them into the ground.
Has anyone have any further news.
