Good fellowships are based on what you put it. This one is as good as any other tertiary centre however exposure maybe better as people refer to MEH as a last resort. There was favouritism however to deanery trainees who often take the better firms with more surgical exposure. Most of them need this though as they have never had to make a clinical decision themselves.
