I think between you, Bruce and Jim, you guys should be able to change the bylaws as you feel necessary. No need for our inputs. You guys know what is best for the club and what will not go over well. Getting several other opinions will just muddy the water. If someone else want's to make changes they can step up and take the position of President, Secretary and Tournament director next year.
I'm glad to see you guys are getting started now! March comes fast.
