He had barely heard the other despite the man's honesty in his approach; he had not attempted to hide himself and yet, Wraith had been too adrift in his own mind to truly hear the familiar crunching of snow meeting paw. Instead, he had only been made aware when the man drew close, his words having broken the silence before Wraith had been able to turn to meet his eye. At his words, Wraith's head head tilted slowly as his eyes moved along the man's form for a moment as he considered what he had said; so this was there leader? Though the man did not make it known through obscene displays of dominance, Wraith knew what a leader looked like. It was almost funny, he had to admit, to see a wolf like Arturio lead - ah, is that what Wraith's mother had hoped he would be born like? Tall, strong, noble. He might have laughed but instead, he merely drew his eyes to Arturio with the smallest of smirks to himself.
"Enough change...for now," he breathed the words quietly, mostly to himself, though he meant nothing by them. Wraith was... a wolf of little change, he knew so much. But this...this he hoped would be a good change despite his belief that it wasn't entirely needed. Aster and Halcyon had been good despite his brother's presence and Aster's hastiness.
He shifted slightly at the man's words once more, eyeing him off but for a moment before his eyes drifted forward into the vast field of snow ahead. "Nothing to...interupt," he shrugged, "your name...Arturio, yes?" Though he continued to watch forward, his head tilted in query nonetheless. "New blood. New...name. Do you...worry?" He was almost statue-like in his stillness, as if he had been merely made of snow and dirt as they stood together; a dirty mirror, perhaps. But he was glad, though he hadn't a clue how to show it, to have been able to meet their leader sooner rather than later. After all, Wraith had seen much in his life and he knew just what kind of position this new man would find himself in soon enough. Moladion was an old place built upon names and blood and whereas Wraith welcomed an escape from such things, others often did not.
