News 08.08.2021
Change was long overdue in Spirane. Now that I have learned who is still an active presence within the pack, the ranks have been updated. As I once took time away from the pack, so too now shall Kalseru. Know that she is still second in command of the pack, as is reflected in her rank. Once you are familiar with the new ranking system, if you would like to change positions or move up in the ranks you need only ask. Let this be a time of new life in Spirane, and a promise of great things to come!

When the snows fall and the white winds blow, the lone wolf dies, but the pack survives.

Rhaegal
If there was one thing the trio of brothers could not bear to witness, it was their mother in any state of weakness. So when Daenerys had been gravely injured in the elk hunt more than a year prior, forcing her to step down from her throne, the young men had been troubled. They were beyond proud to see Kalseru, their littermate, step into the role of Queen of the Mountain - none more so than Rhaegal. He had always had a special bond with their sister. But it was perhaps Drogon who struggled the most with their mother's injury and subsequent withdrawal into seclusion to heal, only allowing Nymeria keep her company. As they always had, the Young Dragons looked out for each other, and to keep Drogon's thoughts from dark places consumed by Semele's disappearance and their mother's near fatal injuries the trio had gone venturing throughout Moladion once more. Always they kept their ear to the ground for word of Spirane and its Queen. They made a point once per season to stop home, to hear what news could be shared by whomever of the pack they came into contact with first. Each time, if it was not Bastille they encountered first, Rhaegal would call out to her. She was his best friend beyond his siblings, and in some ways a different and deeper friendship had blossomed between them. He had wanted to act on his feelings for her, those that refused to be contained, but their paws always kept moving.

So when they had arrived home and learned of their mother and younger sister's reemergence, Rhaegal had wasted no time. With one look at Viserion to ensure he would go to their mother, the dashing prince had tore off through the snowfall, intent upon one thing alone. He ran blindly, not bothering to slow and look for her scent along the pack land trails. There was no thought given to the fact that his partner in adventure and crime might be moving throughout the territory. Rhaegal moved up the mountain paths as if he had never spent a day away from them. Even through chest deep snow drifts he pushed on, tongue lolling from his mouth as he panted from the exertion. But nothing would stop him from finally broaching the highest tree line on the mountain and skidding to a halt outside of Bastille's den. A den that they had shared on occasion. Without hesitation he stuck his nose into the den, snuffling about and letting her scent flood his nostrils. God he had missed her. He felt an inner urge, this indescribable need to see her, something he had begun feeling after their adventures into a cave smelling of bear. It had magnified over their time apart, and now all he wanted to do was sink into her and let her consume his every sense.

Finding she was not within the den, his head shot up and he looked over the top of the hill that the den was built into - all too fondly remembering times when she had taken advantage of his distraction in such a position to bowl him over. He found himself actually hoping she would be leaping at him and they would go tumbling down the hill in a mess of limbs and fur and tongues - he craved it. But he remained on all four feet to his disappointment. Pivoting, he glanced around the clearing, sides still heaving from his dash up the mountan, ears flicking to and fro as he searched the tree line for her, wondering from whence his companion would emerge. The sun was beginning to set, the sky slowly becoming dimmer with each passing minute....surely she must be close?
