Re(1): Doses aren't your problem

Appreciate all of the quick feedback. Definitely not blaming the doses. I know 500mg/week is plenty, the only reason I even posted was because I see these guys on here talking about being on a gram/week minimum on top of 2-3 other compounds. I know if I ate more and upped my calories I would gain weight (only makes sense). Was just making sure my doses were appropriate. Didn't know if going up to a gram/week for 10-12 weeks while consuming large amounts of food and heavy training might help.
