Depending on how painful and bad it is begin to stretch it out a little as soon as possible. In a few days use extremely light DB presses to move blood into it and banded flys to slowly stretch it to feel. Focus on triceps and back etc while using a bamboo bar and shortened range of motion for a bit. Steer clear of josh Bryant foolish stuff.
