Re(1): Torn pec

1234321 he's the only one who has a grip on this. I love the working out with 135 advice. Good way to further tear your pec, bicep, etc.... The last thing you should be worried about is resistance at this point. You want to get the swelling down because that causes pain which may be distinct from the actual damage. You may have torn the muscle and not the tendon too.

Get an MRI and go from there.
