Take it ez

Get ART, if you can. This always sped up healing for me. If you do something and it hurts more than normal, don't do it. When you start feeling better, take it ez. The worst thing you can do is reinjure from being a dumbass.

I never got diagnostics as I perceived mine were all what we used to call 'Coan tears.' Muscle belly without much tendon involvement.

Nows a great time to hammer lower body and back,if it doesn't hurt more than normal.
