His call issued over the land and she was pleased and yet she was content to proceed into a quiet place, after all, it was her nature to find silence. Calm before the storm perhaps that was what the woman enjoyed the most. It had fallen silent once again and perhaps it was for far too long as the deep purr from his chest issued her attention. Her head turned to the left, a deep snarl ripping through her chest; her teeth extend out to attack the left cheek of the intruder on natural instinct until she snapped her back in recognition and his words brought a new softer growl to her chest as his eyes met her own.
Sekhmet exhaled and extend her muzzle to him looking to brush her cheek against him and yet she refrained, she would allow him to approach before passing judgement to offer any physical affection.
She bowed a low growl in her chest her tail hanging low to her haunches as she eyed him wickedly, an obvious desire burning brightly within those opalescent orbs. She sought to test his resolve, feel the familiarity of his tongue against her coat and muzzle against as she once had and this was the way she had recalled she manifested those actions. She challenged him lightly now but her teeth remained contained within their prison not yet willing to lash out unless he accepted her offer or he pressed her flesh to harshly. She had wished to question so many things, why he left and with whom he had filled his time with and yet she refrained from asking such things. Sekhmet needed this dance to clear her mind and soothe the gnawing emptiness that was her soul. So she had waited for him to make a move, waited to test his light touch and strength once again as a soft rumble of a purr danced around her chest.
