Diet question shit for those who do IF

After reading Dave Kirschen's last article on EFS about how well intermittent fasting worked for him, I was considering giving it a go in the next few months. I do well eating in a smaller window anyway, and cutting carbs out is no problem, just trying to find something different than the usual cycling between CarbNite and putting 2/3 of it back again during my off-times.

Just wondering if anyone here had some success with IF as well as an easy-to-follow plan. The idea of 2-3 big-ass meals sounds better than 4-5 small barely-satisfying low carb ones as I normally do, that's for sure. Any tips from those who do IF who have gotten decent results from it?
