Good to know!

Yeah, I think it'll be a lot easier to keep things "clean" by being allowed to stuff myself a few times per day. Doing CarbNite, while having worked well, leads to me literally drowning in a sea of candy wrappers every Saturday night as I eat garbage until I feel like I'm going to puke.

Definitely planning to keep things clean on diet, as I know all too well that anything that promises "do what you want within the framework we give and it'll still work" leads to failure every time for me. Thanks for the input!
