Absolutely agree with you about their fellowships. Their staff grade/locum posts are even worse. Staffgraders doing loads of med-ret+injection clinics, A/E clinics, post-op cat clinics and super-heavy on-calls with ####load of trauma/orbital fractures, and ward referrals(resident).
