Re(2): Light cardio seems to have helped?

Try this protocol. Fast walk 20 minutes to warm up/start depletion. 10 all out sprints for 10 seconds each, minimal rest between them. Finish off with a slower 20 minute walk.

Deplete the glycogen with the higher intensity and then you'll have fat burning. Not fun, but it works and do it on non-training days. As you diet down, you have to get smarter and trick your body.
