Arturio was surprisingly comfortable in the open air of Asteraia. Perhaps it was the reminder of his birth pack. Open plains and tall grasses. It might have been a bit off putting for some, being more accustomed to forested or mountainous regions. Still, here felt like home more than anything had. His tail waved as she returned greeting and introduced herself. The white male inclined his head politely. "A pleasure, Zarah. I am Arturio," he said. The formal titles, while not beneath him, just weren't his preference to use in introductions, or be spoken to as.

In fact, her line of questioning without that clearly indicated that she was mindful enough of the border scents to deduce who exactly he was. Arturio could not help grinning. It was true, he was the newest thing about Asteraia. A few wolves decided to call it home with his ascent that hadn't before, but this could have happened to anyone. "That's a lot of questions for someone you just met," he said with a light-hearted chuckle. She certainly asked a great deal more than Adonai had, but the woman from Glorall seemed quite observant given they had likely crossed trails there and could determine some things from observation. He did not have that with Diveen.

"The only pack I may become a threat to is Iromar in its current state," he began, deciding to respond out of order, as it was easier to tie every piece together by doing so, "Any wolf seeking refuge or needing a place won't be turned away so long as the pose no threat for those who call Asteraia home, nor anyone we hope to call an ally." Arturio gave her a knowing look. It was his intent to maintain positive a positive relationship with Diveen, especially since they shared a border. As for a goal, he had not thought of it in that sense necessarily. "I want Asteraia to be a safe place where no one need feel judged or looked down upon for their past. A place for new beginnings, if you will," he said.

That seemed like the best way to describe it. It was unlikely he would turn anyone away provided they did not cause problems for him or the pack. It was about as honest as he could get. Noble wolf that he was, Arturio felt there was no need to lie, especially not to an envoy of a quite probable ally. There was much he could ask, it was true, but instead of asking about Diveen, he chose to ask her thoughts on current events. "How do you feel about what's going on in Moladin now, Zarah? Not just with the changes here, but throughout the land?" He was genuinely curious. The thoughts of a wolf who was not in a leadership position were key to determining future courses of events. If that weren't the case, then they would not be where they were today.

Kuk - The Chosen One - Darkness personified, this wolf is the chief warrior and is given all the same rights as the Pharaoh. Made of strength, tasked with teaching the youth to build their strength.
Thoth - Advisor to Sekhmet - God of wisdom, reason, and secrets. This wolf is extremely loyal to the Pharaoh. They can make and block steals as well as accept challenges when Sekhemt and the Kuk are unable to do so.

Imhotep - Divine Priest - Spiritual Advisor to Sekhmet. You will make sacrifices to the gods in her name.
Amunet - The Heir - One who is hidden and her powers are connected to the words silence, stillness, mystery and obscurity.
Ma'at - Lead Diplomat - God of justice and order. You maintain peace and order within the pack and with those to whom we are bound.

Nephthys - Head Butcher - God of death and decay. You, mighty butcher, will be the artful assassin. Those marked should meet Anubis soon.
Set - Head Thief - God of chaos and change. Take everything that you need and a little extra to grow. The rest is tribute.
Horus - Head Hunter - God of good hunting. Great hunter, the feast will be plentiful when you step on the fields.
Isis - Head Healer - God of healing and protection. You mend the wounds and do not allow weakness to fester.
Seshat - Head Informant - God of knowledge. Gather information on our friends and enemies alike.

Scepters - Warriors - You will work closely with Sobek. Fight for your pack; you will often be asked to escort other members on outings when it is seen fit.
Kemet - Hunters - Working under the eye of Horus, you will ensure the pack is fed.
Medjay - Scouts - Show me, what bounties can you find for the gods? Report your findings to Seshat.
Snares - Thieves - The world is ours, let us reap from it. Learn your art from Set.
Heka - Healers - Work with Isis to heal wounds and ease pain; repair what is broken to the best of your abilities.
Scribes - Diplomats - You will work under Ma'at to complete the duties of mantaining peace within and outside of the pack.

Kith - Children of Asteraia - The youth are our future.
Kin - Unranked members of Asteraia - Those who have not yet chosen a specialty, or who do wish to.
