Re(5): Light cardio seems to have helped?

That's where I figured I'd probably put it, since I really fucking hate doing any post-lifting cardio, I prefer doing it about 30 minutes after waking up after all the stimulants have kicked in. Again, thanks for the recommendations, looks like I'll be giving it a go in March as I'm just going to ride out 7 weeks of staying with CarbNite first, take a few weeks' break while traveling for work, then I'll give it a shot!
