While she wasn't sure the open air appealed to her, she could tell how comfortable the male was here. He looked at peace just standing there. Maybe he was a member here before taking over as alpha. Or maybe he just came from a place that was just like Asteraia. Either way, she figured it was one of those landscapes there either grew on you or it didn't. He wagged his tail and inclined his head, telling her his name was Arturio. She smiled polite. "Pleasure's all mine." She remembered enough from her training with her parents to know how to be civil in political manners. She could have always gone into diplomacy if that was her thing. Luckily for her, it wasn't. He didn't gave a title as the alpha here but she didn't need it. She already knew by the scent who he was.

When she mentioned him being the newest thing about Asteraia, he grinned. The simple action made her relax a little bit. He had a sense of humor, good. She only smirked when he said that she asked a lot of questions for someone she just met. Her eyes twinkled a bit in amusement at his chuckle. "Maybe I'm just this up front with everyone I meet. Crosses off the creeps and losers who might wander into my path." Her eyes only danced that much more with teasing humor as her tail gave a gentle swish. Her ears pricked at great attention when the next thing he chose to say is that his own target was Iromar to threaten. Her brow rose curiously at this news. She knew that Iromar had taken a new alpha as well and he didn't seem to be well liked. She tilted her head, listening carefully.

Then he said that he welcomed any refugee that could keep peace between his pack and his allies. She nodded in agreement with this. He seemed to think a little more on the goal part before answering. Her smile became knowing again when he finally gave his answer. "I'm sure many alphas seek this same goal, though I can't say many actually see it happen. The past is bound to follow you wherever you go. It made you who you are, after all." She waited a moment for his reaction before listening as he chose to ask her about her own opinions. Her brow rose again and her lips quirked. She shrugged. "I feel the past is always bound to repeat itself. I remember a time when there was peace throughout Moladian. But it came at a price. There was a great war between the packs and only once the dust cleared and new alphas took over did peace finally take over. I think that time is coming soon again. Another war will begin and only then will we find peace, but only for a little while."

She met his gaze and smirked. "Maybe that's a morbid way to look at it but that's the way I see it." She glanced around them for a moment before looking back at him, curiosity shining in her eyes again. "So why is Iromar a threat? I only know that a new alpha took over but not much past that." She wouldn't apologize for her lack of information but she would make up for it by finding it out from other sources, getting another perspective.

All ranks may be challenged for outside of Kuk and Thoth. Tasks to rise in rank will be given at the discretion of Sekhmet.

Sekhmet - Pharaoh of Asteraia - Goddess of divine retribution and vengeance, Sekhmet protects and avenges those under her rule. She has final say in all matters pertaining to the pack and it’s wellbeing.

Kuk - The Chosen One - Darkness personified, this wolf is the chief warrior and is given all the same rights as the Pharaoh. Made of strength, tasked with teaching the youth to build their strength.
Thoth - Advisor to Sekhmet - God of wisdom, reason, and secrets. This wolf is extremely loyal to the Pharaoh. They can make and block steals as well as accept challenges when Sekhemt and the Kuk are unable to do so.

Imhotep - Divine Priest - Spiritual Advisor to Sekhmet. You will make sacrifices to the gods in her name.
Amunet - The Heir - One who is hidden and her powers are connected to the words silence, stillness, mystery and obscurity.
Ma'at - Lead Diplomat - God of justice and order. You maintain peace and order within the pack and with those to whom we are bound.

Nephthys - Head Butcher - God of death and decay. You, mighty butcher, will be the artful assassin. Those marked should meet Anubis soon.
Set - Head Thief - God of chaos and change. Take everything that you need and a little extra to grow. The rest is tribute.
Horus - Head Hunter - God of good hunting. Great hunter, the feast will be plentiful when you step on the fields.
Isis - Head Healer - God of healing and protection. You mend the wounds and do not allow weakness to fester.
Seshat - Head Informant - God of knowledge. Gather information on our friends and enemies alike.

Scepters - Warriors - You will work closely with Sobek. Fight for your pack; you will often be asked to escort other members on outings when it is seen fit.
Kemet - Hunters - Working under the eye of Horus, you will ensure the pack is fed.
Medjay - Scouts - Show me, what bounties can you find for the gods? Report your findings to Seshat.
Snares - Thieves - The world is ours, let us reap from it. Learn your art from Set.
Heka - Healers - Work with Isis to heal wounds and ease pain; repair what is broken to the best of your abilities.
Scribes - Diplomats - You will work under Ma'at to complete the duties of mantaining peace within and outside of the pack.

Kith - Children of Asteraia - The youth are our future.
Kin - Unranked members of Asteraia - Those who have not yet chosen a specialty, or who do wish to.
