As I do with most things I did a complete recount of the votes when I got home. It appears that I mis-marked some boxes while I was listening and counting. I went through each and every sheet again (three times). I also entered them into a spread sheet and highlighted the numbers so I could better read them. For the most part everything was the same but note one location and a couple of months changed. This was due to total votes overall and total votes for that month. I apologize for the errors and making an announcement before I could verify my results. If you all could not tell I was a bit nervous and got ahead of myself. Here is the corrected list:
Mar 24 Northwest River (Bob's Fishing Hole)
Apr 21 Perquimans River (Herford City Ramp)
May 12 Pasquotank River (Elizabeth City Ramp)
Jun 16 North River (Waterlilly)
Jul 14 Back Bay (Ranger Station)
Aug 11 Chowan River (Shoup's Landing)
Sep 08 North Landing River (Old Pungo Ferry)
Classic location and dates are:
Day 1: October 13th on the Pasquotank River (Elizabeth City Ramp)
Day 2: October 14th on the North River (Waterlilly Ramp)

Yes the dates posted are correct.
We will check the usual listings for severe conflicts with other clubs and barring any major issues these dates and locations are set.
Results were determined by:
1. Total votes. Highest seven set the locations.
2. Highest amount of votes per month of those seven locations set the month.
3. Ties were broken by next highest month total. Example: Back Bay and Chowan tied for July. Back Bay had zero votes for August where Chowan had more. Chowan got August and Back Bay took July.
4. Classic locations and Day 1/2 were determined by total votes for location then total for each day. Pasquotank and North River tied for most votes. Day 1 had more votes for Pasquotank. Day 2 had more for North River.
Again I apologize for the mistakes at the meeting and I will try and be more thorough in the future. See you guys in March! Replies:
