Ruieze Fields

Open fields and soft grass...
Ruieze stretches far in the midlands of Moladion, laced with streams that feed into Diveen and out of Asteraia at times. The fields are vast, filled with wildflowers and tall, soft grass; trees are sparse, as are rocks, but one can find small shrubs to hide amongst, and the grass itself. To the south of the fields, a Ruieze River widens, and the ground becomes sandy. There is a small, grassy island that can be reached from the banks, with water-birds often congregating on the island rather than the riverbanks.

...live as if you'd drop dead in ten seconds. See the world. It's more fantastic than any dream made or paid for in factories.

Winchester couldn't help another bark of glee when his sister returned his play, wrapping her forelegs around his neck. It was a closeness that he could only achieve with his littermate. He bumped his nose into her chest, rough but affectionate, before she fell backwards into the snow and laughed. He laughed, too, a sound encompassing their joyous reunion. The boy grinned down at her, chuckling, shaking his head with a gleam in his split-colored eyes. "I missed you, sis." He said, his grin growing a bit toothy, and proud at how far they'd both come already.

His ears pricked forward as he listened to her tale with rapt attention, his tail a blur behind his back. Oh, he wanted to hear it all! There was so much to see in Moladion itself, but the lands outside were of equal fascination. If it weren't for his imprint, he'd ask her to show him all of it right now. "Oh, it's just too exciting, I think I might explode! Did you see any strange animals? Plants? What was it like, seeing the ocean?" He bounced up and down on his forepaws, practically beaming. "I have so many questions! You've got so much knowledge, now-- I feel so privileged to hear it." Winchester's grin didn't fade one bit as he spoke-- he was thoroughly captivated by what Remi had learned in her travels.

It was a bit of a shock, then, when she asked about him. How could she, when she just had so much to tell? Winchester blushed beneath his fur, turning his head away in a bashful manner. "Oh, well, you know. Genetics, I think." He laughed, dragging his paw through the snow. "I've been learning all I can about Moladion. The flora and fauna, the terrain, and even the wolves. I met a girl, too... her name is Lucille, she's my imprint." He gave an embarrassed chuckle as he spoke of Lucille, growing even more sheepish. He knew that Remi would press to find more information about this girl, and he wasn't wholly prepared, but he figured that she should know. They were littermates, after all, with a bond like no other-- even their relationships with their older siblings hardly rivaled it.

"And our sister Samus, she told me about this girl that she's been seeing... oh, sis, it's all very, very good things! And we're aunt and uncle, too! Moonstone had children with her imprint, and I haven't made the trek back to see them yet, but I hear that they're all very adorable. I think that's it. Oh, it is so good to have you back." He said, a bit less bashful and more excited to share the goings-on of other wolves. Winchester had never been one to talk much about himself.
