So, I know I popped on Discord a while back to let you all know, and a few of you who have me on snapchat or facebook might also be aware - but I've been going through one of the worst bouts of my depression I've ever had to deal with. My m.o. is always to hide, because when I can't find enjoyment in writing I get even low. In the past, these have been the reasons I've basically disappeared from TLI altogether for years at a time. But I don't want that to happen this time. I’ve got TOO many amazing plots in play now to just let them slip through my fingers, and I’d really hate for that to happen again.
So, I am here… albeit… a little (a lot) slower than normal.
I still have some bumpy roads ahead of me – basically… my mom pulled me aside one day and made me really face everything I was hiding from and made me really see how bad everything had gotten. She’s helping me go through a process to take some leave off work, but it’s a long, drawn-out, anxiety riddled thing that isn’t making me all that better right now. Lmfao, I’m sure it’ll help once it’s all said and done but right now waiting in limbo, afraid I might not make my next paycheck, is kiiiind of terrifying.
PLEASE let me know what threads and/or posts and/or plots you still want to continue, or if there’s any you’d feel better dropping. I’m so sorry I kind of just… vanished, but I promise I’m working on it <3
